POP UP MATERIALS STUDIO

Linda can bring the studio to you and invite children, adults, and families of all ages and abilities to discover the infinite possibilities of open-ended materials.  She will bring a wide collection of objects such as spools, string, magnets, and springs, and create a table or floor space for exploration.  She will facilitate the experience and encourage children to combine materials and use their imagination to design, connect, and express their thinking. The focus is on the creative process rather than the final product.  Therefore, materials such as glue, tape, scissors, markers, crayons and paint are not part of the collection. 

Possible locations include community centers, nursing homes, parks, gardens, museums, school wide events, family days, and more!
